Adirondack Home Watch LLC, is a family owned and operated Adirondack home watch and caretaking service located in Adirondack, NY.

My name is Kathy Hill and I am the sole member and owner of this service. I am a native Adirondacker who has resided within Warren County NY, my entire life.

I graduated from Siena College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management. I have devoted my entire working life to establishing myself as a reliable, service orientated professional in my community. Through my home watch and Adirondack caretaking service, you will be provided with the outstanding quality of service you deserve.

  • My family and I bring over 35 years of experience and knowledge in residential building to our home watch service, 27 of those years, as an independent residential contractor doing business from the very same location, Adirondack NY. We proudly serve property owners on Schroon Lake, Brant Lake, Friends Lake and Loon Lake and the Northern Warren and Southern Essex Counties of New York.
  • With our extensive knowledge of how your building should look and function under normal and extenuating circumstances, we will be able to provide you with early detection of problems that would not be noticed by the inexperienced eye.
  • Our home watch services are a result of our experience and skills that have been developed by owning and operating primary and multi–family rental homes, storage facilities and vacation rentals.
